Do you accept cash on delivery (C.O.D) services?
Yes, but request must be made in advance and granted by the management. (Contact office for more details).
What are PRINAJ rates/charges?
Our rates depend on the weight/ dimensions of the packages but generally our rates start from $3.95 – $4.55/lb. including customs clearing. Recommended box sizes are: 18x18x16 | 18x18x24 | 22x22x22 and 24x20x34. Please call for more information. (708.730.1388 or 773.293.6541)
Does PRINAJ pick up from homes?
Yes, we pick up in the Chicago land area and can also arrange pick ups from other states via FEDEX Services.
Does PRINAJ deliver directly to homes?
Yes! Prinaj offers direct home delivery services within lagos.
Does PRINAJ deliver to other states apart from Lagos?
Yes! We deliver to other states, but customers have to pick up packages at the airport, or transportation park if sent by road.
How long does it take for PRINAJ to deliver goods?
Delivery process takes 5 – 7 business days starting from the date the items are shipped if there is no customs or clearing delays, and 8 – 10 weeks for ocean cargo.
How can I track my goods?
Our customers have access to minute by minute movement of their packages by providing them with a tracking number; just log on to our website and track your shipment on the tracking page.
Are my items insured?
We guarantee safety of your items with minimum insurance as provided by the Airline. Customers are however advised to purchase additional insurance coverage to cover the loss or damage of their package.
What are your company business hours?
Monday – Thursday: 10am – 7pm, Friday: 10am – 8pm, Saturday: 10am – 5pm.
Are there minimum or maximum packages we can send at a time?
NO. No packages are too small to be sent through us-documents and other small packages less than 12 pounds can be sent at a flat rate of $60.
How can I make payments?
Payment arrangements can easily be made, we accept all major credit cards, cash, money order, check, and now directly through our website.

Does PRINAJ provide custom clearing services in other countries apart from Nigeria?
No. shipment to other countries is airport to airport.
Senders / Receivers are required to arrange for clearing and payment of all applicable clearing fees (if any) in their respective countries.
